Fasting can be very effective.
However, it should be done strategically and not continuously. Women going through menopause, in particular, need to protect methylation, as estrogen metabolism and detoxification depend on it.
The balanced approach is to use fasting as a tool on a few days per week or in shorter cycles.
Make sure that eating windows are nutrient-dense, focusing on foods rich in B vitamins, choline (eggs, leafy greens, legumes), and leafy greens to support methylation. Avoid chronic calorie restriction! It is the nutrients that keep methylation pathways functioning properly.

Physical movement strengthens health,
mental movement increases wealth,
idleness destroys both.

Gut health is crucial. Many of our health issues begin in the gut. A healthy microbiome not only supports proper digestion but also plays a key role in hormone production and has recently even been linked to the development of MS.
Inflammation in the gut, poor nutrition, and a lack of dietary fiber are key factors that should be addressed—regardless of whether you are male or female.

For women, social connection is not a “nice to have” — it is essential for health and well-being. Studies repeatedly show that strong relationships reduce stress, build resilience, and can even increase life expectancy.
Of course, partnerships and family are important. But friendships among women have a very special quality: they offer genuine empathy, fresh perspectives, and a safe space where you can simply be yourself.
Every woman should have a close circle of around five female friends — ideally nearby.
Why five? It provides enough diversity, support, and balance, while remaining small enough to maintain true closeness and trust.
No matter what stage of life you are in: every change is not an “end,” but an opportunity to develop new health habits that align with your body’s current needs.
From frustration to self-empowerment — a shift in perspective that honors the natural wisdom of your body.
